Property Manager Service Request

The City of Eutaw Water Department requires proof of physical service address to connect utility services for any customer. To help with that process, we ask that our housing partners use the following tools to increase our efficiency. We have provided an online request form (access can be requested by emailing utilities@eutawal.gov from your official work email).

You can also use the first page of the attached PDF form (Tenant Verification); we will return the second page of this form to you as verification that the customer has a utility account.

If a tenant is moving properties, you must contact so we can change the information in our billing system as the customer is billed based on the meter assigned to the unit.

It is the responsibility of the tenant to inform the City of Eutaw Water Department if they are no longer living at this address; once a tenant has notified us that they are moving (or you, as the property manager have informed us) we reassign the vacant unit to the property manger ($25 PM Transfer Fee) and the water will not be disconnected. If you do not want the property to be billed, please contact us and we will lock the meter. If we have not locked the meter, and the water service is available a minimum service fee will apply.
