The Eutaw Municipal Court is responsible for adjudicating misdemeanor and traffic offenses that occur in the City of Eutaw and the Eutaw Police Jurisdiction.

You can check in for court and wait in your vehicle! We will text you when your case is called.You will need to be within 1,000 feet of City Hall.

We have several convenient payment options available to ensure citizens have a safe and reliable method of paying their fines and court costs.

Please include your ticket, signed on reverse and write this on your money order or cashiers check. You can pay with Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Do NOT mail cash.
We love to see you in person, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH! We accept Cashier Checks, Money Orders, Debit, and Credit Cards.
The City of Eutaw Water Department is a community water system, regulated by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management. We serve approximately 1,450 customers in Eutaw and the town of Boligee. Our water system has a capacity to produce over 1.5 million gallons of water per day using deep groundwater wells from the Eutaw and Gordo aquifers. We have an above ground storage capacity of around a half million gallons with 4 above ground storage tanks.
